TIP FOR VIEWING POSTS: I have noticed that images are of low quality when viewing by phone in “Portrait” mode. I suggest viewing posts and images in “Landscape” mode if using your phone. Alternatively, using a computer or tablet works best.

All of the information gathered on this site are entirely thanks to wonderful support and kindness provided by family and friends. I would not be able to accomplish anything without help. I have had the immense privilege of growing up with access to a full education and professional opportunities. Yet, most relatives of mine have never had such resources throughout their lifetimes. But they are often the people that host me, feed me, and guide me during my time in China, without any stipulations. Thanks to all of them for their contributions.

While I am thinking of a better way to recognize everyone’s contributions, a brief nondescript list of thanks:
Dad, for inviting me and supporting me in all ways, and Z. Yan for also looking after me. Mom, for connecting me with family.
My family in and around Chongqing, especially Aunt X. and my cousins.
My family in Chengdu, especially Aunt L., Z. Yong, and great new friends.
My family in Maoxian: 2 aunts, 2 uncles, and many many cousins; T. Laoshi for providing excellent translating and guidance.
Additionally, friends and family in Beijing, Wuhan, Shehong, and Anshan.

Thank you, 谢谢.
